Dye sublimation is a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials. It involves the use of specialized dyes that transition directly from a solid to a gas state, bypassing the liquid phase. This process enables vibrant, durable, and high-quality prints, particularly on polyester-based fabrics or specially coated substrates.

On textiles, the dye sublimation process doesn’t leave a layer of ink on the fabric. This makes the prints feel soft to the touch, rather than stiff or heavy.
